Preparation and instructions;
1. Place 40g or 1/3 cup of oats into a large microwavable bowl. 2. Add 175ml or 2/3 cup of water or skim milk. 3. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through or as required. 4. Allow cooling for at least 1 minute before eating. Microwave ovens will vary between brands.
